Our Production Facilities

To produce high quality wood product, we use full wood working machineries to process each component. All

machineries in our facilities have improved our production capacity to 10-15 containers per month. Nevertheless, our facilities have been

initially constructed to a setting that is conveniently expandable for Our sophisticated production department, is also open to discussion

regarding the construction of wood product and to assisting customers in developing new product designs. It takes around 7 days to produce

a sample. The production itself may take up to 30 days, depending on circumstances. Each process of production is described as follows.

Our experienced grader starts selecting fine quality wood since the purchasing of the main material. The grading process continues through

the cutting process to make sure that the wood used satisfies the grade specification of the order. Asiatik Indo offer grade A, AB, B, and local

quality products, depending on specifications of the order request.

Cutting Process

The cutting process consists of three steps :

cutting log into board to get the thickness of the product's component, using log band mill feed carriage.

cutting lumber into semi-RST to get the width of the product's component, using bandsaw machine.

cutting semi-RST into RST (Raw Sawn Timber) to get the length of the product's component, using cross-cart machine.

Kiln-dry Process

The wood components are properly stacked and arranged in an oven chamber. These components are kept.

there for around 10-15 days, until their moisture content reaches 12-15%. At the moment, Our client have 13

chambers which is enough to process more than 8 40"HC-containers per month.
